GARBAGE BIN/CONTAINER
The Garbage Collection Bins are of 660 Ltrs., 1.1 CuM and 3.0 CuM Volume. The Containers are Open/ Closed Type as per requirement. The container construction is of Pressed Steel Sections to ensure adequate structural strength required for handling with the Refuse Compactor Bin Lifter. Also, the container is designed to be lightweight for easy handling. The Containers meet the DIN standards.

TRUCK MOUNTED REFUSE COMPACTOR VEHICLE
Truck Mounted Refuse Compactor is capable for lifting and unloading Garbage from 1.1 CuM to 3.0 CuM Volume bins into the tailgate hopper. The loaded garbage is compacted and transported to dumping ground / processing plant for unloading The Refuse Compactor Vehicle has a container volume of 8 CuM, 14 CuM and 20 CuM mounted on 11 T GVW, 16 T GVW and 25 T GVW Truck Chassis of Make TATA/Ashok Leyland/Eicher.
PORTABLE COMPACTOR
The Portable Compactor Equipment is capable for compacting the collected garbage into the integrated container, transporting the same to the duping ground. The portable Compactor is designed in such way that the equipment is lifted by Truck mounted Hook Loader equipment for transporting the compacted garbage to the dumping ground/processing plant. The Portable Compactor has a container volume of 7 CuM to 16 CuM respectively.
FIXED COMPACTOR TRANSFER STATION
They are specially designed to load the loose garbage from Mini Tippers, Skip Loaders/Dumper Placers into the Fixed Compactor Unit. The loaded garbage is compacted into the Roll-on Roll-off container. After Compaction, the loaded/filled containers are lifted by the Hook Loader and is transported to the dumping ground or waste treatment plant.
SKIP LOADER/DUMPER PLACER
Dumper Placer is useful for transportation of refuse, silt, grit or any other waste from the collection point to its disposal point, the operation of lifting is hydraulic.
STATIC COMPACTOR
The Transfer Station Static Compactor is effective solid waste management machinery and equipment suitable for receiving municipal Solid Waste from Waste Collection Vehicles, compacting and loading into Roll-on-Roll of containers. Each Static Compactor is provided with a Rail Mounted Container Change over system for placing empty container and shifting loaded container when detached from the Static Compactor.
TRUCK MOUNTED HOOK LOADER
Hook Loader equipment is capable for handling Roll-on Roll-off skip containers of Volume 7 CuM to 20 CuM & Portable Compactor Equipment of Volume 7 CuM to 20 CuM. The Hook Loader is designed to lift loaded of empty skip containers/portable compactor from the ground and transporting them to dumping ground for the discharge of collected garbage. This is done through the hydraulic tipping of the container.
ROLL-ON ROLL-OFF CONTAINERS
Roll-on Roll-off Closed Type, mild steel welded containers of 12 to 20 CuM are capable of coupling with the fixed compactor unit and are also capable of handling with hook loader The Container has a rear dump discharge door and is equipped with rollers and hooks having Roll-on/ Roll-off facilities which are specifically designed for loading, transporting, tipping and unloading through a Truck Mounted Hook Loader.
SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION
Solid Waste Transfer Station are specially designed to load the loose garbage from Mini Tippers, Skip Loaders/Dumper Placers or Refuse Compactors. The Garbage is unloaded from a ramp into the Collection Hopper attached to the Fixed Compactor unit. The Garbage is then compacted into the detachable Roll-on Roll-off containers. Once the container is full, the same is shifted and empty container is coupled with the help of traversing system. The filled/loaded container is then lifted by the Hook Loader and is transported to the duping ground or waste treatment plant.
COMPOST MACHINE
This compositing machine consists of fine shredder and mixer for simultaneously mixing and shredding of waste for uniform size. The machine mixes the composting culture and dry material such as dry leaves, saw dust etc. with the shredded waste for absorption of excess moisture. The output of the machine is raw compost which can be further cured to form compost.
