BALLISTIC SEPARATOR/SEGREGATION

A ballistic separator is an advance mechanical sorting machine built on the principal of size and density segregation to sort mixed MSW or segregated MSW into RDF, compostable material and inerts. That ensures high quality segregation leading to high quality output products and helps in building a financially sustainable MSW processing plant without causing additional financial burden on Municipal Corporation.

Capacity & Size : 20-300 TPD capacity with screen size varying from 150mm to 4mm. Also available in a portable model to freely move around.
Uses : Can be used for mixed MSW processing, Legacy Waste Processing, Seggregated Waste Processing or biodegradable waste processing.


ROTARY TROMMEL SCREEN

A rotary trommel screen, is a mechanical screening machine used to separate materials, based on size segregation.

Capacity : 20 TPD to 300 TPD
Sieve Size : 150MM to 4MM
Uses : The trommel can be used for mixed MSW processing, legacy waste processing, segregated waste processing or biodegradable waste processing.

BELT CONVEYOR FOR WASTE

Conveyor systems are used widespread across a range of industries for safely transporting materials from one level to another, which when done by human labour would be strenuous and expensive. They are much safer than using a forklift or other machine to move materials, They can move loads of all shapes, sizes and weights. We deal in high, quality flat belt conveyors and V=Type Conveyors suitable for use in highly corrosive MSW processing plant. Extensively used in Material Recovery Facilities (MRF).

Size: 2000mm to 400mm width

Special Features:

1. VFD controlled to change material movement to suit the process

2. Fully covered conveyors to ensure no spillage of material


BIO REMEDIATION & BIO MINING OF LEGACY WASTE

Bio remediation is a solution for treating the legacy waste at existing dump sites and reclaiming the precious land. The process involves the use of microorganisms to eradicate the pollutants. Mandy Enterprises through its specially designed process treats the accumulated solid waste by using its technology for Legacy & MSW Processing to effectively segregate the legacy waste into RDF, soil earth and inert. All this comes with our own range of high capacity Self Propelled High Capacity Screening Machines, Trommels & Ballistic Separator’s with a combined processing capacity of 2000 TPD thereby making us capable of executing projects of any size & capacity in a time bound manner.
